I’m a certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider and Nutrition Educator, and I integrate evidence‑based psychotherapy with whole‑person lifestyle support. In my work, I offer nutritional assessments, psychoeducation, behavioral therapy, and guidance around the core lifestyle foundations—sleep, movement, nutrition, connection, and purpose—to help clients strengthen their mental and emotional well‑being. I’m a strong advocate for functional medicine and approach care through a root‑cause lens, helping clients understand the deeper patterns that shape their health. My passion for integrative wellness is both professional and personal; as a lifelong student of health, I stay informed to navigate my own experiences with autoimmunity and chronic Lyme. I enjoy working alongside a client’s existing providers—whether that’s a primary therapist, physician, or other wellness practitioners—to offer integrative support that enhances their overall treatment plan.
